Case From our system mistake:
If the mistake cause by our system like wrong products shipped out,ship wrong address so you can mail us within 10days after you receive the products! we promise to help you exchange the products or refund the full money you paid!
No fees you need to pay if that is error from our part!

For exange the product:
If you want to exange the product, pls send the same products we ship out to you, and keep its brand new,not used state,so we can exchange the
new products for you! If we receive the item you ship back to us in good condition, we can exange the products for you or refund the money to you!


For products in good conditions:
The products we ship out is brand new,unused, in the manufacturer box and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards) , parts and accessories. So after we receive the products you returned, the products must keep its original state we sent you!
If you weared the shoes for 10 days then return back,it is not acceptable for us!
